For property managers

One guest portal for every property you manage

Each unit gets its own page with the WiFi, check-in times and house rules, opened by QR code or link. Guests have fewer reasons to message your team for the basics, and the whole portfolio runs from one account on one subscription.

Free to start. No card required.

The same five questions, times every unit

WiFi password, check-in time, where to park, which bin goes out when, whether the pool is open. Across a portfolio those questions arrive at all hours and land on whoever is holding the phone. A portal answers them before they are asked, on a page the guest already has open.

What your team gets

A unit set up in about five minutes

Type the address and the details fill in. Amenities, house rules and a name are suggested from the property type and city, and everything can be edited.

Every property in one list

All your units sit in one account, each with its own portal and QR code. Change the WiFi, check-in times or house rules and the portal updates straight away; the QR code on the wall stays the same.

Notices that remove themselves

Pool closed today, works in the building, bin day. Start from a template, set when it should disappear, and it goes on its own.

Guest invites sent from Portez

Add a stay and send the guest their portal invite by email, from Portez rather than a personal address. Their access code stops working when the stay ends.

Guest requests in one place

When a guest asks for a service through the portal, the request appears on that property's page.

Local recommendations built in

Each portal lists restaurants, beaches, bars and coffee near that property, closest first, so the where-should-we-eat message has an answer too.

One subscription for the whole portfolio

Pro is €65 a month for unlimited properties; Growth covers up to five for €35. Portez takes nothing from your room revenue, and commission on services guests book through a portal goes to your account in full.

Questions managers ask

Does it sync with Airbnb, Booking.com or a channel manager?

Not yet. You add stays in Portez yourself. The portal works for every guest whichever platform they booked on, because it is a link and a QR code rather than an integration.

Can my team have their own sign-ins?

Not yet. Today an account has a single sign-in, so a team shares it.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. The portal opens in the browser already on their phone. No app, no account, no password.

Who is responsible for the services guests book?

The provider. The agreement is between the guest and the provider, who is responsible for their own work, licensing and insurance. Portez introduces them.

Try it on one unit first

Set up a single property, put the QR code up and see whether the messages drop. Adding the rest takes about five minutes each.
